Lillooet Seedy Sunday 2019
Lillooet’s 11th annual Seedy event! We’ve expanded this year to include local farmers and market vendors, come and check out their tables, along with the seed lending library and seed swap. The event will be catered by Rainshadow Cafe, and there will be a children’s craft area, a raffle with great prizes and short presentations throughout the day.
Clinton Seedy Sunday
The Clinton Seedy Sunday will be held on Sunday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Clinton Memorial Hall. There will be plant vendors, seed vendors, garden-related information booths, and a children's area set up with garden-related crafts. Lillooet Seedy Saturday
The 9th Annual Seedy Saturday is coming up on March 11. From 9:00 to 1:00 there will be seed sales and a seed swap. From 2:00 to 5:00, join us for Tiny Talks, a series of short talks about topics such as aquaponics, mushroom growing, naturescaping, permaculture chickens, and food forests. Admission is $2 or by donation.
Farm Film Festival
A series of 6 films focussed on sustainable agriculture and the young farmer movement. Check out lillooetcalendar.com for a full description of each film. Presented at the Lillooet Public Library every Tuesday at 7pm starting February 21st.
Wild Salmon Caravan
The Salmon Caravan is coming through Xwisten on Wednesday night. Join in for a feast and celebration of the spirit of wild salmon!
On Wednesday, June 8, meet at Xwisten at 6:00 for a feast, singing, drumming and speakers. Camp overnight if you like!
On Thursday, June 9, there will be a breakfast at 8:00, before the caravan leaves at 9:00 for Cheam, Sto'lo.

Clinton Seedy Sunday
Clinton Seedy Sunday is on April 17 from 10 until 3 in the Clinton Memorial Hall. There will be heritage seeds, plants, information and displays and demonstrations for all things gardening. There will be a kids' craft area with garden and sustainability themed crafts. Some vendors will also be selling garden-related items (bird houses, garden books, etc.). A concession on site will have soup, chili, buns and muffins, tea and coffee available. Admission is by donation and everyone is welcome. Lillooet Seedy Saturday 2016

Lillooet Winter Farm Tours
The Pemberton Farmer's Institute is hosting a tour of Lillooet farms. The tours are open to the public. Meet at Lightfoot Gas at 10:00 am on February 15. We will carpool from there to each of the farms.
Small Scale Foods Processing Workshop
2 day workshop will be hosted by AgroFoods Canada, to teach scale farmers about food processing and marketing. Please sign up through Splitrock Environmental.
Organic Veggie Garden Tours
Join us for 2 days of garden tours. We will be carpooling to a number of local veggie gardens where you can with the gardener and learn new skills. July 21 and August 30. Meet at 10:00 am at Lightfoot Gas.
